- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and depends on the scope of work. I provide free estimates, and the final cost is based on materials, labor, and project complexity. There are no hidden fees. For larger projects, I can offer package pricing or phased payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand the customer’s vision and needs. Then I prepare a detailed estimate and project timeline. Once approved, we move on to preparation and the start of the work. Throughout the project, I maintain open communication to ensure the client is satisfied at every stage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of hands-on experience in remodeling and construction, as well as specialized training in tile installation, flooring systems, waterproofing, and bathroom/kitchen renovations. I also spent significant time working in Europe, where I gained experience with high quality standards, attention to detail, and modern design approaches. I combine that European expertise with my U.S. practice, which allows me to create interiors that meet American building codes while maintaining European-level aesthetics. I continuously improve my skills, attend trainings, and stay updated on the latest technologies and materials to offer clients the best possible solutions.
