We ended up needing to go with a local vendor due to an incredibly tight timeline. However in the process of finding a vendor, we engaged with Scott at P3G who was EXTREMELY responsive, helpful and professional. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to research creative ways to maximize cost savings and efficiency. Even though we didn't end up working together, he left a very positive impression and we will reach out again for future projects!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All the work I do is custom so there is no set pricing system, like a price list. All projects are priced according to their unique specs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to have a phone conversation initially to try to gain an understanding of the individual as well as their goals for the project. Then I try to uncover all the pertinent project details so that I may prepare a fair and accurate quote. Once the client has reviewed and approved the quote with all of their questions answered, and paid a deposit, then we can start to work on the project.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've worked in this line of business for over 10 years so I know most of the ins and outs, where the pitfalls are and how to avoid them.
