FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, upfront, and all-inclusive—no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. We provide written estimates that clearly break out labor, materials, and applicable rebates or incentives. We are an approved contractor for Puget Sound Energy (PSE) rebates, and when eligible, we apply instant rebates at the time of invoicing, which can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket cost. Sales tax is calculated according to Washington State requirements on the full project amount, and any rebate is applied as a credit—not a guess or future promise. If something changes during the project, we discuss it with you before moving forward. Our goal is clarity and trust from day one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple, efficient, and low-stress: Initial consultation – We learn about your home, comfort issues, and energy concerns. Assessment – This may include measurements, photos, and identifying air leakage or insulation gaps. Clear proposal – You receive a detailed estimate outlining scope, pricing, timelines, and any eligible rebates. Scheduling & install – Our trained crew completes the work cleanly, safely, and efficiently. Rebate processing – If applicable, we handle the paperwork and guide you through any required signatures. Final walkthrough – We make sure everything meets expectations and answer any follow-up questions. Most insulation projects are completed in one to two days.
