What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 15% discount on your first Reiki session as well as package deals for coaching.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My coaching begins with a complimentary discovery call to start getting to know each other and learn about your specific needs. From there, we create a healing process and I send over a questionnaire to dive a bit deeper. I offer two different coaching processes. One for developing self confidence and one revolving around your whole wellbeing. Normally, for Reiki sessions, we begin the dive inward once you arrive at your appointment. You can always feel free to schedule a discovery call to connect or send me a text or email with your questions.
