The team at Essential Mechanical did a great job installing our ducted heat pump system. They were, and continue to be, responsive and professional. They started and completed the job on time and within the quoted price--the installers worked very long days to make sure everything was in place and worked properly. They were able to put in place the solution that worked best for our home. Since we had a ducted system, my advice to others is to tape out where the agreed upon vents go ahead of time and to ask them to check in if this placement needs to be altered due to the structure or other unknowns. We ended up with two vents out of place but the team worked to correct the issue to meet what we were looking for. The team continues to be available for questions and assistance as needed. I would select Essential Mechanical again for any future heating or A/C needs!

I really had a great experience with Ruben and his team (Ben, Andrei and Sergiu) for installing the Heat-pump and a new Furnace at our home. They were very competitive with the overall project cost and are very professional. When Ruben came out to give us the quote he took all the measurements, checked our home vents/returns and thermostat wiring which no other company's representative did. He spent nearly an hour explaining to me what will be the best equipment for my home instead of just selling the most expensive one. Ruben was very responsive in the overall process. He replied to all my texts and calls and answered all my questions before the installation day. On the day of the installation the crew (Ben, Andrei and Sergiu) showed up on time and walked me through the process. They were thorough, Knowledgeable and cleaned up after the work was done. They went above and beyond to get our nest thermostat installed and working. It wouldn't have been possible with our old wiring and adding new wires was an additional work (which other companies upfront said won't be possible and gave other options). I am glad that I went with Essential Mechanical and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Essential Mechanical was one of 4 companies that we called to get a bid for A/C install and in short we went with them primarily due to their knowledge and their price is very fair. We have 3 temperature zones in our house and they were the only ones who brought up which units to purchase, the other company's salespeople weren't aware that not all units support multiple zones. Last thing to mention is that when they were done, they did a full audit of which vent was tied to which zoned area (you can't always tell which Nest unit goes to which room, for example they told us that an upstairs Nest actually worked for 1 vent downstairs.) Anyways, I highly recommend them. Aside from cost and knowledge, they are the ABSOLUTELY nicest and well mannered guys, while also maintaining professionalism. You'll see my reviews in sites, mainly because I have zero hesitation about recommending them and I hope they continue to be successful. BTW, I'm in Kirkland and there was no hesitation for them to come this far.

Ruben B. quoted, and E.M. was Selected to install an NG Coleman 60k BTU 2-stage furnace (96% eff.) , a new touch-screen thermostat, and a, NG Navien tankless water heater. Ben, Andrew and Sergio did the install of both in one day, were on-time, explained the upcoming work and venting, and proceeded to remove and install. They explained operations, and even activated the warranties. They asked our satisfaction with the install, and cleaned the areas to where it looked like now work had been done. They were what we hoped for as far as installers. Thank you Essential Mechanical.
