The team at Essential Mechanical did a great job installing our ducted heat pump system. They were, and continue to be, responsive and professional. They started and completed the job on time and within the quoted price--the installers worked very long days to make sure everything was in place and worked properly. They were able to put in place the solution that worked best for our home. Since we had a ducted system, my advice to others is to tape out where the agreed upon vents go ahead of time and to ask them to check in if this placement needs to be altered due to the structure or other unknowns. We ended up with two vents out of place but the team worked to correct the issue to meet what we were looking for. The team continues to be available for questions and assistance as needed. I would select Essential Mechanical again for any future heating or A/C needs!

My experience with this company started with Reuben. He came to our home, looked at our system, and provided timely pricing information on an updated system. He did not try to oversell or rush my husband and I into making a decision.He was able to book us an appointment for installation fairly quickly once a payment was received. Andrew and Aleksandr came and installed our system yesterday. Install took about 10 hours. They were very respectful, punctual, did an excellent job on the install. I have a newborn baby and Andrew tried to use his loud equipment as less as possible, he said to keep from waking the baby. That was very thoughtful of him. I would recommend this company to anyone.
