- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider my pricing to extremely fair. As a business owner i need to stay competitive. I will do everything i can to get you honest and ethical estimates and always try to get you pricing as low as possible without cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What i really like to do is to meet face to face so we can sit down and discuss your specific needs in order to get you the best estimate possible. It also gives you a feel for my company and helps put people at ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my GED when i was 18 and have training in carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinets, and have tons of hands on experience in many other fields.
