This was my first experience working with a contractor and I hope it is my last. I signed a contract and paid him for the job on July 13, 2023. The job was supposed to be done in one week. It has been over a month now and I have had to finish the job myself. During the work being done a window in my office got broken. He said he would fix, no charge. It still is not fixed. He was supposed to pay me $100 for every day the job went undone past the week it was supposed to be done. I have received anything or heard anything for this guy after leaving several text and phone messages. My advice is to stall away from this.
