- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free and broken down by labor and materials separately. Pricing depends on scope, size, and site conditions. We don't charge hidden fees - what's quoted is what you pay unless the scope changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation → written estimate → signed contract → scheduled start date. We keep you updated throughout and do a final walkthrough before closing out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience across interior remodeling trades - framing, tile, flooring, cabinetry, painting, and more. We are a licensed and insured Washington State contractor.
