Fantastic experience with the team at Pacific Pros. My job involved putting in a sprinkler system - front, back and side yards - replacing my (small) patch of lawn in back, and bringing in some landscape rocks to define various planting beds. I had four companies bid. Pacific Pros was by far the most responsive & professional. They took the time to answer my many questions and educate me about various alternatives and tradeoffs. Their bid was also one of the lowest. I missed the early spring booking window and so was sad to have to wait several weeks for the actual install. I shared this and the team worked to squeeze us in two weeks earlier. Quality of the work was great as was communication throughout. They even got the job done a day early. There was one thing I wasn't thrilled about at first, but they came back the next day to address completely. I've since hired them to winterize the system and have already booked them for Spring clean up. Highly recommend.

I had hired pacific pros for a landscaping project. Install irrigation and install new sod and add edging. They were thorough professionals walking me through how they would go about the work, and were very responsive. Gustavo was great to work with. On the work itself, sod installation and irrigation were done well, very neat and ensured it covered all areas of the lawn. The only cons was that the edging was a little rough around the edges and some of the areas where they had dug up for irrigation was not filled in right and sunk when someone stepped on it. But these are minor enough details that I would easily recommend pacific pros for anyone looking for landscaping needs. And would definitely hire them again if needed
