They came out same day I messaged them. The problem was a bit bigger than originally thought but they stayed super late to get my car drivable which I’m super grateful for!

Mr. Major responded to me within an hour and let me know he could come out the same day. I greatly appreciated his willingness to help my son with his car and get him back on the road quickly. He provided an estimated arrival time and actually arrived about 30 minutes early. He quickly diagnosed the issue, picked up the necessary parts, and completed the repair within an hour. His prompt response, professionalism, and efficiency were greatly appreciated.

The mechanic was quick with responding and very efficient. He was able to get my car up and running in a short amount of time. This was my first time using thumbtack and he made a great first impression. Prices are fair also. I would hire this mechanic again.

Mr. Major went above and beyond when my 91-year-old mother found herself with a car that wouldn't start. Their team came out, took care of her, and replaced the battery without any hassle. I was impressed by their professionalism and genuine helpfulness — I won't hesitate to call them again.
