- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complimentary consultation that helps all involved. After talking with clients, I am able to move forward with pricing after I know the details of the shoot. Prices shown on Thumbtack are base prices. Thumbtack does a great job also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with them to address their needs and determine when they will be ready. As time for their appointment draws closer, I will send an email to remind them of their appointment so that they can be ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2012 I acquired an Associate of Applied Science in Visual Communications from Highline College. This enabled me to understand marketing as a whole and how photography comes into play, which helps with creating photos for professional purposes. I understand lay out techniques, the importance of negative space and the power of photos.
