- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell into it. Cooking is like breathing for me, a creative process that is soothing and offers a way to express myself. I come from a long line of great cooks, and I decided it is just what I want to do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I primarily cater wedding receptions, as well as a few parties and multiple meal events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with someone that communicates well, and that you like. If you don't like their personality, or they seem unwilling to communicate well, run the other way. It won't get better!
