Dave was a lifesaver for our website. Our original website was developed by someone else and Dave stepped in to 'fix' it. There were many things going wrong with it and he fixed everything. He listened to us and corrected the site to work the way we wanted. He responds quickly to our inquiries, is knowledgable, make things easy for us to understand, and has great ideas for ways to help us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is nothing complicated about my prices. I can do hourly work or project based work. The project based work is formulated off of my hourly rate and the project is broken down into individual line items so you know where the time is being spent on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client and their business needs so I can align myself properly to develop the best possible experience for their guests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading development blogs, forums articles and even enroll in online classes from time to time if there is something that a client needs and I need to brush up.
