- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a father of 7 I appreciate the value of affordable home ownership. Painting is singlehandedly the biggest return on investment for a home. I strive to keep my prices competitive but they are also inline with the value I offer and bring to your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I truly believe that working together is integral to any positive outcome. You are placing your trust in me, with your home. Proper communication is key to any project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 15 years as a superintendent with a major commercial/residential painting company. The passing of SSPC certification (Social Society for Protective Coatings) courses were required. This provided me an understanding of paint/bonding of paint on a molecular level. Federal testing of comprehension was a requirement for certification.
