What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated. We have an hourly rate and after a clear and concise list of client expectations, we estimate the number of hours and do our best to come in either at or under the number of hours we estimate. This does not account for changes to the project made by the client during the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we make time to continue our education in the web-based software field. Things change and a rapid pace so staying up on the technology is vital to our success.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Like I have said before, I love solving problems. Creating solutions that make a difference for others is a true passion of mine. Ever since I was in junior high tinkering with HTML, I knew that software development would be in my future because of the impact it can have in our world.
