- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for initial inspections and offer a wide range of discounts for first-time customers and veterans. Ask for more information on what discounts you qualify for during your initial inspection. Mold Remediation: Following the initial inspection, we will put together a remediation plan and a scope of work. We charge a standard square foot price, and issue warranties ranging up to 10 years at no additional cost dependent on your choice of remediation plan. Please note that you may be required to fix the cause of the damage or replace your insulation in order to qualify for the 10 year warranty. Water Damage Mitigation: We use the same billing software as insurance carriers. If you choose to file a claim, the only cost to you is for the amount of your deductible. If you do not wish to file a claim, we will walk you through the scope of work and submit a detailed bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working with a new customer is, initial contact. We need to gather information about your specific job. Second, we will need to do an initial inspection to put together a remediation plan or scope of work, so that we can generate an accurate bid. Finally we schedule a time that works best for you for us to begin the work.

We are IICRC Triple Master Certified with a special emphasis in Mold Remediation.
