We, Edward and Poul Stolyarenko, father and son, are the founders of Builder Land LLC. We share 42 years of collective construction experience between the two of us. We operate our family business in Great Seattle Washington state where we put a lot of hard work and passion into improving people's lives through turning their dreams and vision into reality and providing them a home that they love spending time in and a space that is more functional.
