FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, concrete projects can have a whole host of variables that make a standard price hard to determine. There are steps to the process that most people don't know exist in order to get your concrete project exactly how you envisioned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First our owner/operator office manager will receive your call. Her name is Amber and she will ask you a bunch of questions and then ask to schedule a time for you to talk with Jason (owner/operator - Field Supervisor). Jason will come at the appointed time and walk through your project with you. If the project is straight forward he may make a formal proposal for you there on the job. If the project has a lot of context, he will bring the notes back to the office for Amber to type up. She will type it up and then email you a formal estimate. Once you accept that estimate, Jason or Amber will call to inform you when the estimated start date will be. Able Concrete Designs focuses on superior customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jason has been doing concrete since he was 17 years old and graduated from the Job Corps Masonry Program in the late 80s. He then went to work from the ground up at some of the leading Seattle area decorative concrete contractors. Working for these companies for 20 years led him into foreman and supervisor positions.
