They did a great job renovating my kitchen A smaller job that included patching some drywall, framing a new closet, installing baseboards and painting. They provided detailed explanations of the work that was being done and any issues that came up, and provided some good ideas and feedback. I look forward to hiring them again to do my bathroom renovation in the fall!

Incapable of managing multiple projects … Uncommunicative; lacks basic understanding of project management, timelines, scope, logistic planning, etc. Couldn’t distinguish between an invoice and an estimate. Couldn’t properly map out the scope of the project. Couldn’t recall basic details of the project (even though said details had been expressed both, verbally and written, a multitude of times.) This GC wasn’t a value add - you’re better off managing the project yourself over this guy.

Im sorry Trevor for not continue working with you, we decide not to move forward since we had two guys at your apartment for two days assembling and fixing your walls and you didn’t pay them yet , when we ask you for 50% of the project to continue, you want us to bill you day by day, it just seem weird for all your demands, i have text that you sent at night insulting us and using bad vocabulary when we respect you all the way thru.
We start working right away after we talk to you since you demand a deadline, we had an estimate for you to assemble your cabinets and you were shopping around and thought ikea was going to be cheaper and you just ask us to change the estimate for the third time, ikea assamble you cabinets which they took 10 days and delay our times.
One day we didnt show up because one of the guys was sick i agree on that , after that we talk on the phone and i lined up the countertop guy to make measurements , i have everything in text, he was at your place 2 hours earlier than the time we agree and you left because you said there was a festival going on, we let it pass and we talk again on the phone to rescheduled.
I lined up wednesday to remove the cabinets that you order wrong or ikea made a mistake you said, so we was going to remove them (even tho we havent had any payment at this point) we were ready to move outlets , wednesday countertop measurements and installation for the countertop on saturday, monday for tile , its when we ask for a payment and you denied so we thought it was risky to continue since we just ask you for 2k , we are always honest and transparent , we had a mistake with the guy being sick and not showing up i agree but we cant continue without any payment.
