Brook was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very affordable, on time, and helpful. I will be needing more notarizations in the future for my work and I will absolutely use her!May 27, 2020Verified
It was such a pleasure to meet Brooke. She was very kind and didn't rush through our transaction, she was very warm and I had no problem talking and asking her questions. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to have your documents notarized!Jul 16, 2020Verified
Great communication and provided witnesses. Been almost a year of trying to get our will notarized she made it happened in a week!Dec 15, 2019Verified
Brooke worked with my 80-year-old mother who was stressing out about having to go out and get documents notarized. Brooked arrived on time and helped my mom and her witness signers through the process. My mother said Brooke was very nice and easy to work with.Oct 3, 2019VerifiedBrooke Smith's reply

License Type: Notary (WA)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My travel fee is fixed for my service area. Please contact me for travel fees outside of my listed travel area. I charge $10 for the first signature, $5 for each additional signature. What constitutes a signature when charging per signature? How many signatures will the notary be responsible for notarizing? If you are signing the same document ten times, that would equal ten signatures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I determine the type of document(s) that need to be notarized. Then we decide on a mutually agreeable time and location to meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A have my AAS in the medical field and I manage 3 medical clinics. I handle business documents daily.
