When Michael Eckert rolls into a BBQ competition the other professionals know it's just been cranked up one BIG notch! Few can achieve the flavor and tenderness Mike produces. No matter the meat, no matter the challenge, he's not only up to it but his extraordinarily prepared foods exceed expectations. Never have I known his BBQ to disappoint. My personal standards are very, very high but Mike's creations dazzle my taste buds every time I am lucky enough to enjoy them!

As a fellow competition BBQ pitmaster on a team that has competed against Mike many times, I've had the opportunity to nibble on the left overs of what didn't get turned into the judge from time to time at various competitions - and it has always been delicious. Mike has beat me in Brisket more times than I care to remember! I'd recommend Tombstone BBQ to anyone that is serious about good BBQ.
