Introduction

Because I care about my work and take pride in every thing I touch. I built a fence and noticed about four years later that a board had come loose. I drove by it 3 times and the third I stopped and tightened the board back in with a screw. This gesture was noticed and I got the job of re siding their house. :) I enjoy making the customer happy doing the little things that mean the world to them and might mean nothing to me

I'm very impressed with Jim Hurula and his crew. Jim showed up for the estimate on time, then showed up on time for the repair. He stayed in contact with me and the bill was exactly what he said it would be. He even made a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the work. I will be hiring him again for more work on another house I own. Two other roofers I called never bothered to call me back and now I'm glad they didn't. Longview, WA is the worst place I've ever lived for getting ANY sort of repair work done. Business owners don't return calls, don't show up on time, try to overcharge, and often do a lousy job. If Jim Hurula keeps up his excellent business practices he'll be able to run the other slipshod, rude and unreliable roofing businesses out of Longview.

I had a great experience with Hurula & Sons. Jim and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. The project was completed as promised and within the budget. I was happy with their work, so I gave them a roof job I've been holding off having done. I fully expect it will be completed in the same professional manner.
