John was speedy to respond. He fit my two small jobs (recaulking, installing backsplash) in very quickly, and performed the work quickly and cleanly. He made great suggestions and was very easy to work with.

Excellent workmanship, great price and very professional. They are also very clean. They covered the carpet and stairs and they cleaned everyday after their work. Punctual and very courteous. I highly recommend them. The only thing is, just be aware that they don't re-install the toilet for liability reasons- it's understandable, you just need to plan for it.

John did an amazing job installing our backsplash. We are so happy with how it turned out. We especially liked how clean he and his partner kept everything while they were working. He was very communicative and answered all of our questions. He was also very kind when we needed to reschedule due to a family emergency. We are looking forward to using Pacific Tile again soon!

John, is highly skilled in his craft and I couldn’t be happier with his work on my bathroom floor tiles. He has excellent skills and knowledge of tile work. Pleasant to work with and when he arrives to do the work, he dives right into it. I highly recommend John with Pacific tile. I’m super happy!
