What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get and give as much relevant information up front. So the customer knows what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hundreds of day and week seminars for specific training in the trade. Both Mike and connie are registered locksmiths with the Associated Locksmiths of America ALOA.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working for my brothers Seattle based company in 1990 after graduating from college and not able to find work. Went on from there to work for two other companies. This is our second Locksmith Company owned by Mike and Connie.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a wide range of customers, over 50,000 with ever sort of background.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud to have installed many commercial access control units in the tri-cities area.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As long as they are a legal Washington state company, Local and trained, equipped and insured to do all they say they can do. Many unlicensed out of state companies hire unskilled people who people who often take advantage customers.
