After working with our fair share of very disappointing contractors, finding SD Renovation has been such a relief! We originally hired them after having to rip out and redo extensive bathroom tile work completed by another contractor, and they completely restored our faith in the process. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. Their craftsmanship and precision exceeded our expectations, and they completed the project exactly within the timeline they promised. Every day they treated our home with respect, kept the worksite clean, hauled away the worksite trash, and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. As a woman managing this renovation, I especially appreciated how kind and respectful they were. Whenever I had questions, they took the time to answer them thoroughly and never made me feel talked down to or dismissed. It was honestly the most positive experience I've ever had working with a contractor, and that level of respect made all the difference. Their pricing was fair, their work was exceptional, and the entire experience was the best I've ever had with a contractor. I finally feel like I've found a team I can trust, and they'll absolutely be my first call for future projects. I can't recommend SD Renovation highly enough!

Contacted Sam for a some finish carpentry work. He was very responsive, came punctually, is very polite and professional, and completed the work flawlessly. I was ready to do paint touch-ups after trimming my doors, but he did it so precisely that I didn't need to. Also left the rooms really clean which I appreciate. Will definitely recommend him to anyone and hope to work with him again on other home projects. 5 stars.

We hired SD Renovation for a full bathroom remodel and overall we’re very happy with the result. Sam helped us during the material selection process and gave a few smart ideas that made the bathroom feel larger without increasing the budget too much. The SD Renovation team kept the workspace organized and the tile work came out beautiful.

Our old bathroom was honestly falling apart and SD Renovation completely transformed it. Sam was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when we had questions. The team worked hard every day and the heated floor installation was done very professionally.
