Contacted Sam for a some finish carpentry work. He was very responsive, came punctually, is very polite and professional, and completed the work flawlessly. I was ready to do paint touch-ups after trimming my doors, but he did it so precisely that I didn't need to. Also left the rooms really clean which I appreciate. Will definitely recommend him to anyone and hope to work with him again on other home projects. 5 stars.

I needed vinyl plank flooring installed on an urgent basis. Sam gave me a very reasonable estimate, showed up on time two days later, leveled the subfloor and removed the baseboards to make sure the planking went under the wall gap. He was done in four hours and was very kind. It looks beautiful!

We had Sam install a custom build bench. He was great - he pointed out that the builder had messed up, told me what I needed to communicate to the builder, was very easy and responsive in scheduling a follow-up to finish the work once the builder had corrected the mistake.
