Mark did an amazing job on our bathroom vanity. He came in after another contractor fudged the job and mark saved the project! He was super friendly and walked us through every step. I purchased a pre-hung exterior door from a shop in SoDo, stained it myself and needed help removing my old door/frame and installing the new one. Mark was super responsive and we agreed on price and timing for the install. My new pre-hung door ended up being a little taller for the opening (I was a little generous with my measurements when I ordered the door) and it was going to be a tight fit, but Mark assured me he could make it work. Mark is a master carpenter and his attention to detail is outstanding. I was impressed by his thoroughness, timeliness and his craftsmanship in his carpentry work. I have stone on one side of the door frame and Mark made meticulous cutouts to the trim for a seamless look. The slab for my entry-way also droops a bit and Mark took the time to adjust the base and trim of the door frame to fit. Overall the complete removal of old frame, adjusting the opening, and install of the new pre-hung door, trim and hardware took only a few hours. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the door install turned out thanks to Mark’s craftsmanship.

Mark was quick to respond to our request regarding a door installation. Before we book the job with him, we also asked many questions hoping to understand the process. Not even once did he showed any impatience responding to our questions. Mark was very responsive and communicative, which we also appreciate a lot knowing that many contractors out there would suddenly ghost the conversation for whichever reason. The work quality was superb. He also timely raised relevant questions to make sure we were aware of unforeseen challenges that hadn’t been discussed previously. Overall, we were very pleased with Mark’s craftsmanship and will definitely recommend him for other future housing projects.
