Plasma Electric responded to my request within an hour or so of my post. He came out at the end of the day to perform troubleshooting. He identified the issue and came back 1st thing the next morning, as promised, and took care of the issue. He was responsive, professional and got the job done! We are so happy to have the issue resolved and to check it off of our “to do” list.
Overall, compared to other quotes, his price to diagnose was very competitive. Based on the time it took to complete the work, I think the cost was reasonable.
I’d hire him again if the need arises. I recommend Plasma without hesitation.

Had Plasma clean up some issues from past electrical work. Communication was great, they walked through the process of what was being done, the troubleshooting, etc. On time, great work. Would certainly call back for anything to be done.

Erfan and Plasma Electric are our favorite contractors! They show up on time, have great communication and go above and beyond to get the job done. They're self-sufficient and low maintenance to work with which has been a breath of fresh air. We've run into lots of issues after the fact with other contractors we've worked with but Plasma Electric and their work has been immaculate!
