Ro was wonderful to work with. His laid-back, gentle approach to photography made me and my fiancee feel comfortable during the whole process. The photos he captured feel creative and artistic. I do wish we received the edited photos a little sooner but I can't complain since the quality was so good. Thankfully Ro was able to clean up all the poison ivy scars on my fiancee's legs with the edits.

I have no words to describe my experience with Rowe. Rowe happened to be so focused on the needs of his customers that it makes the entire experience with him a pleasure. We shot at number of locations and, every time, I was amazed with Rowe's dedication in thinking through what positions, backgrounds, and settings would bring great shots. At each location, Rowe kept shooting me until he was satisfied that we had great clicks. Before I met Rowe, I was afraid that the cameraman would just do his time for 2 hours irrespective of whether we get great shots - I was completely wrong - Rowe never took a look at his watch, he was so deeply involved in shooting the photographs that he lost the count of time. Bringing great photos was his top priority which made me respect him. Of course we went over our decided time, but Rowe never asked me for extra payment. Nonetheless I paid him extra because the photographs came out to be awesome. It was a delightful experience.

My Fiancé & I usually aren't the photogenic type, however, Rowell made this very comfortable for us. He was super laid back and he constructed the experience to be as "normal" as possible. We took our engagement photos at Lincoln Park in West Seattle and are incredibly satisfied with the results. Thanks Rowell for giving us moments we can reflect back on for years to come!!! Go Seahawks :)

Working with Ro has been great! He has been very accommodating with our schedule and our requested location. He asked us to put together a Pinterest group of pictures we liked, and the photos he took were similar to the ones we liked. He had great ideas for poses, and we love the photos! Excellent value as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Quite honestly, if you are talking about a classroom environment or online course type of education, the answer is NO. However, with every shoot, there are lessons to be learned and I push myself to get better every time. Also, I do have some of my favorite photographers who I am influenced by and who I research to learn about and to understand their thoughts during their creative process.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has nothing to do with what I currently do in the Navy as an Electrician, but it has everything to do with what I love and what I have passion for.
