Where do we begin? Ro was an AMAZING photographer. Taking photos with a very energetic 4 year old is not easy but Ro was so awesome with Jae. He really understood what I wanted to accomplish and followed through perfectly. I was so pleased with the outcome of or photos. He has a great imagination and feel for the camera. Our experience was like no other. We would DEFINETLY hire him again for more photos in the future. He really cared about what we wanted and put in a lot of work for our engagement photos. We cant thank him enough! Thanks Ro!

We hired Rowell Ducay for our engagement photo session in August, and we are exceptionally impressed with his talents and professionalism. He did a truly amazing job with each and every one of our photos. He is very friendly and down to earth, and makes you feel comfortable, even if you have never had professional pictures done before. He has a truly unique vision, and knows when to capture beautiful moments. You can tell he is passionate about what he does, and he take his time with you. He never makes you feel rushed, he is the type of photographer who likes to make sure everything is perfect. For our session, he really goes out of the way to make his clients happy. I feel like he went above and beyond for us in a lot of ways, and Cedric and I really appreciated it. We absolutely love our photos, and all of my friends are asking who took them. I will be referring Rowell to everyone I know who needs photos done in the future. Thanks for helping us capture one of the best moments of our lives! It's something we will always have to look at and remember. :)

Ro was wonderful to work with. His laid-back, gentle approach to photography made me and my fiancee feel comfortable during the whole process. The photos he captured feel creative and artistic. I do wish we received the edited photos a little sooner but I can't complain since the quality was so good. Thankfully Ro was able to clean up all the poison ivy scars on my fiancee's legs with the edits.

My Fiancé & I usually aren't the photogenic type, however, Rowell made this very comfortable for us. He was super laid back and he constructed the experience to be as "normal" as possible. We took our engagement photos at Lincoln Park in West Seattle and are incredibly satisfied with the results. Thanks Rowell for giving us moments we can reflect back on for years to come!!! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Quite honestly, if you are talking about a classroom environment or online course type of education, the answer is NO. However, with every shoot, there are lessons to be learned and I push myself to get better every time. Also, I do have some of my favorite photographers who I am influenced by and who I research to learn about and to understand their thoughts during their creative process.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has nothing to do with what I currently do in the Navy as an Electrician, but it has everything to do with what I love and what I have passion for.
