I was extremely happy with Asher. He was able to fit us in at very short notice. Communicated closely with me prior arrival. Arrived right on time as scheduled. The problem with our fireplace was just that we had accidentally turned off the gas. So he didn’t charge us anything, and not only that, spent time cleaning the fireplace and explained the workings of the unit for our information. He left us with a really pleasant feeling and overall an excellent experience. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending his services. Will absolutely use him for any future fireplace needs. 5 stars! I had chimney caps installed on my home recently by another company, but I still had water coming into my fireplace. I called One Chimney to take a second look and Osher was quick to arrive and incredibly knowledgeable! He noted the mistakes that were done on installation and where things hadn’t been fixed properly, and offered an estimate to fix the work for a very reasonable price. Osher was really empathetic and understanding, which I really appreciated and just shows how much he cares about his work. He then arrived promptly to complete the job, and the quality and efficiency was amazing. I will be using One Chimney moving forward for all of my chimney needs, thank you Osher!!
