LLC recently finished remodeling a full bathroom, Removing a wall, and full kitchen renovation. We are very pleased with both the experience and they communicate well. LLC is a pleasure to work with which is why we had them remodel our bath after having first remodeled our kitchen.

I have a background in construction, so I am very picky when it comes to remodel work. But Saif and his team are total professionals! I've been recommending them to all of my friends who need work done! I can't tell you the number of modifications and changes we've made to our plans, but Saif has been incredibly helpful, flexible, and professional throughout. It's very hard to find quality help at a reasonable price in Seattle, but Saif has been fantastic to work with! 10/10!

I hired the for a flooring job for the entire house and they did perfectly on time then I hired the for a full house interior painted . Highly recommend them, very friendly and helpful. I asked them for an extra small items on the side and they did it right away without any extra charge. They did perfect job on my flooring, stairs, railing it turns amazing looking.
