VERDICT: WorkTimeService ultimately delivered functional, good-looking bathrooms, but only after significant homeowner involvement, inspection, and follow-up. I would consider hiring them again only if their communication, supervision, and quality-control processes improve. --- We hired WorkTimeService to remodel three bathrooms: • Powder room (~25 sq ft) with lvp flooring, mirrors, and lighting • Guest bathroom (~30 sq ft) with bathtub and tile surround, tile flooring, mirros and lighting • Master bathroom (~100 sq ft) with full shower rebuild with tile surround, flooring, mirrors, and lighting The project finished about a week later than expected (excluding material delays on my side). --- What I liked: • Transparent, itemized pricing with clear breakdown of work • Flexible with scope changes and adjusted pricing fairly • Willing to return and fix issues when raised • Respectful, hardworking installer who showed up consistently • Some problems discovered during demolition were properly corrected instead of covered up --- What concerned me: From day one, I had to function as a de facto quality inspector. Many issues were only identified because I closely monitored the work. Without that, several would likely have been hidden behind finished surfaces. Examples included improper plumbing alignment, waterproofing that initially didn’t follow manufacturer instructions, unsecured fixtures (mirrors/light/vanity), and repeated issues with shower glass installation that required multiple corrections. Even after completion, surfaces were not fully cleaned and small installation details were often left unfinished. --- Communication and supervision: This was the biggest weakness. While the installer was respectful and willing to fix issues, there was no consistent English-speaking supervisor overseeing critical stages such as plumbing, waterproofing, tile prep, or final inspection. Communication was generally limited to “we’ll fix it,” without clear explanation of root cause, corrective steps, or preventive checks. In most cases, corrections were made reactively rather than through proactive quality control. --- Other recurring issues: • Leftover anchors, holes, and installation debris not patched or cleaned • Lack of visible final cleaning or handoff preparation • Multiple trips to stores due to insufficient upfront material review • No clear evidence of pressure testing before closing walls • Finished surfaces often required homeowner cleanup after completion --- Pricing context: This was not a budget contractor. Examples of pricing: • Mirror installation (~$200 each) • Light fixture installation (~$160 each) • Frameless shower glass (~$900+) At these rates, I expected stronger quality control, finishing attention, and proactive supervision. --- Questions I would ask before hiring: 1. Who performs quality inspections at each major stage? 2. Is there an English-speaking supervisor overseeing milestones? 3. What experience does the installer have with U.S. standards? 4. How is compliance with manufacturer instructions verified? 5. How are punch-list items tracked before final payment? --- Despite many 5-star reviews, my experience required significantly more homeowner involvement than expected. Most issues were only resolved after I identified and escalated them, which is why I rated this experience 3 stars. Overall, the bathrooms turned out well—but only after active oversight and repeated follow-up. If you are highly detail-oriented and willing to supervise closely, you may be satisfied. If you expect full end-to-end contractor management and quality control, your experience may be similar to mine.

I’m very happy with my bathroom remodel! I chose large-format tiles, which many contractors were hesitant to work with — but this team handled it perfectly. They also selected materials that were more affordable than what I originally chose, but even better in quality and durability. Everything was done with long-term reliability in mind, with no risk of leaks. The tile joints are clean and barely visible. The bathroom looks modern and professionally finished. Highly recommend!

Daniel and his team were great! They gave a competitive offer, got the project done on schedule, and worked with me all through the process from making sure I had all the right materials, and confirming with me if there was a choice to be made with the remodel. I would highly recommend them if you already know how to rebuild your bathroom and want a solid team to execute your vision.

Details: Combination shower and bathtub • 1 shower or bathtub • Yes, all supply and drain lines are in place • House
