We purchased our generator from WA Generators over eight years ago and have never regretted it. Although it has to kick on infrequently, when it does we are ever so grateful. The seamlessness with which it comes on when the power goes out is fantastic. After the initial five year warranty, which included annual service, we opted to extend the service contract an additional three year because the annual service is very thorough, professionally done and helps insure the generator is functioning properly. The service included maintenance items such as oil changes, filter cleaning or changing, etc. thus insuring the generators longevity.. We just re-upped for another three years of service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service dealer and installer of home standby generators. So, all of our pricing includes permits, gas runs, and electrical required for installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in having a home standby generator installed with Washington Generators, we will provide an on site estimate that is tailored to your home and your power needs. If you are needing a home standby generator serviced or repaired, we will ask for the generator serial number and any other error codes in order to best prepare our technician.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified through either Generac, Kohler, or both for installation, repair, and service. In addition we provide additional continuing education for all of our electrical apprentices and electrical journeymen.
