- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of the project. I don’t charge hidden fees. Larger projects may qualify for a discount, and I’m always happy to explain the estimate in detail.

First, I listen carefully to what the customer needs. Then I look at the space or project, give honest advice, and provide a clear estimate. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the work and keep the customer updated at every step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned through years of hands-on experience, working on real homes with real challenges. I also regularly study tools, materials, and techniques to stay updated and improve my craftsmanship.
