Hired David's Flooring to repair bubbling and damaged flooring in my short-term rental, and they knocked it out of the park. Vitaliy (lead PM) was responsive from the start and kept me updated in real time throughout the project, even though I wasn't on site. They got out quickly and finished fast — really important when you're trying to minimize downtime on a rental property. When the crew pulled up the existing flooring and discovered cracks in the subfloor, they handled it proactively: filled the cracks, primed the subfloor to prevent mold, and installed new underlayment before laying the new flooring. No drama, no upsells — just good problem-solving. Sergey did the install and the finished product looks excellent. These guys are exactly the kind of contractor you want when something unexpected turns up mid-job. Will definitely call David's Flooring again.

David’s Flooring of Seattle installed bullnose trim on my stairs and did an excellent job. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving. The finished stairs look fantastic. I’m very happy with the results.

We hired Davids flooring to help make the high traffic areas a bit more beautiful and create more ease/flow in our home. Our scope of work included: tile work, LVP installed, cabinetry, paint, and a closet build out. Vitaliy did an awesome job organizing the project. We had several crews working at our house, sometimes in tandem. We were impressed with the work ethic of each person on the crew. I attached a couple photos-but its even more beautiful in person!! The price is competitive and the work is top tier. These guys have integrity. I have already recommended these guys to friends and my husband and I look forward to working with them again in the near future
