Erik was an excellent communicator and so very patient and flexible. We started estimates and scheduling in July. Due to a pile of remodeling project left turns, I wasn’t able to let his team start the install until the middle of October. Erik helped me go into this project hoping for the best and prepared for the worst after the carpet was pulled up. Turns out the floor did need leveling before putting down Marmoleum click. His team did a great job and paid attention to details. Now my house has a beautiful foundation for the rest of my redecorating projects. (Photos: leveling in process and finished floors)

Erik is extremely knowledgeable and flexible with our home modeling plan. He helped us understand the condition of our floor and what is the best option going forward. Their quotes are very competitive and reasonable while providing top notch flooring services. I already contacted most of the flooring contractors in Seattle area and Erik with Hardwood Plus is the best company to work with in East Seattle. They also have a showroom that you can come to check out their flooring collection. Matter of fact, Erik will come to your home to show you some samples if you want. At a first time homeowner, we are grateful to have found Erik and Hardwood Plus. In our next home, we hope to continue to work with Erik and his team.
