Had a great experience going with MB flooring for our carpet reinstall project. Monica gave an excellent quote that was highly competitive from the get go, and was also open to a bit of negotiation. When asked for references those were readily given. She also kept us informed of the status of the materials order (we went with a plush carpet that had to be ordered) and was able to keep the promised dates of install. On the start date of install the crew showed up on time and worked efficiently. Minor issues seen were quickly rectified or clarified (eg: some of the carpet threads were coming off from edges but this is as expected for this type of carpet) by Marvin. When we forgot to include an additional area and brought that up, Marvin and team were able to accommodate that on the second day. They also offer a 5 year warranty for peace of mind. Highly recommend !!

I highly recommend MB Flooring. My project was a little different than what most contractors would probably take on, but they were willing to work with me. They recommended using higher-quality materials, but I already had my own, and they made everything work without any issues. The end result turned out even better than I expected and completely transformed the stairs in my future rental property. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, and they got the job done efficiently.
