Mariana came and spent 4 hours with two of them cleaning our house. They did a fabulous job. There was a slight mishap with a figurine of my daughters but they told us right away and offered to help fix it. I would hire them again and am using them for regular cleaning now.

We hired Marina's Cleaning service to help us with clean up at my office after a company party. We have a large space and there were about 150 people at the party. Marina and her team came in, working with my team to get things quickly back in order, got right to work and did a really good job! I also really appreciate her quick and clear communications. We'll be reaching out to Marina for cleaning help again in the future! Highly recommend!

We had Marina and her colleague come for the first time this week and the quality of the service was great, as was the customer service. There was good attention to detail and we feel that they did a quick but thorough job on all the rooms. Will definitely be calling Marina again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should avoid THE LOWEST BIDDER!!!
According to John Ruskin (1819 - 1900) "It's unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. When you lose a little money - that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the things it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better."
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our goal is that when our customers come home and find it sparkling clean, they are delighted with our service and the price they received. We want our clients to become advocates of ours by sending us referrals. That's how our business grows.
