Update review: Shahar (Sean) and his team came out and provided us the service after much confusion and back and forth communication with the office. His team and him completed the service very well and were accommodating to our needs as well. Shahar was very knowledgeable on everything and helped answer my questions in depth. As new home owners we weren’t super knowledgeable on the HVAC system and how to care for it but he help clarify everything for us. I will definitely be reaching out to Shahar for future visits as he is the only one who can communicate within this company. I appreciate him and his team.

Overall I had a great experience with this service. They did a great job of cleaning vents. The team was responsive in fixing the air flow issue and provided information about how to make heating effective and other potential issues. I would work them again!

Team at envirosmart helped when no one else we called would. They were able to replace the exhaust for a water heater venting system. Everywhere else we called gave the same response that this type of work was not in their scope of work. Or they would say it’s a plumbeThe issue had carbon dioxide implications and negative potential effects. Envirosmart carefully listened, confirmed it was something they could handle. Their front desk Kimmie is friendly and courteous. Helped us schedule with ease. Special shout out to Danny our technician who was extremely punctual even on a weekend. He demonstrated attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. He showed he cared. This firm is now our first call for venting maintenance. Thank you!

Josh & Antonio showed up on time, in fact early. The 2 seem very young & I was a bit worried they may not be that experienced. I was wrong. Both knew their job very well. They were very polite, very professional and patient with me. They took before pictures, crawled through my attic to make sure there were no surprises. I authorized them to proceed, Today, my furnace is well tuned up, cleaned & all my air vents and ducts are cleaned. They showed after pictures to compare with before. They introduced an air filter I can use continuously without me having to run to the store to purchase replacements every so often. They introduced a UV light filtration that adds to the clean air supply into my home. The 2 young men were just so pleasant to work with. I didn’t even feel I was taken advantaged of. I’m am definitely using EnviroSmart again for all my air quality work.

We had Ben and Charlie as our technicians today and they both did an absolutely stellar job. Our home is old and the HVAC system hadn’t been cleaned in a long while, they got right to work, they were mindful of our property and cleaned up behind themselves. We had a full maintenance, HVAC cleaning and ductwork cleaned a UV light sanitizer installed all at a very reasonable price. If we need anything further we will call Envirosmart solutions back.
