FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections and are certified to offer rebates for PSE and Snohomish County PUD.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand your concerns and what you are noticing in your home. From there, we schedule a free on site inspection where our team evaluates the crawl space, attic, and any related problems. After the inspection, we provide clear recommendations and a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project at a time that works for you, complete the work efficiently and professionally, and finish with a final walkthrough to review the results and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is specifically trained and experienced in handling rodent issues in crawl spaces and attics, moisture control, insulation systems, and drainage solutions. Because we work in the Pacific Northwest, we understand how critical proper moisture management and ventilation are for long-term home protection. We follow all Washington State building codes, manufacturer installation standards, and industry best practices for insulation, vapor barriers, drainage systems, and air sealing. Every installation is performed with long-term performance and durability in mind not just a quick fix. We are certified to offer energy rebates through PSE and Snohomish County PUD, and we continuously invest in ongoing education to strengthen our rodent exclusion methods, improve system longevity, and enhance the overall customer experience. Code compliance, proper installation, and doing the job right the first time are top priorities on every project.
