Every single aspect of working with Lupe and his time was fantastic. Lupe replied to my initial inquiry within minutes of me submitting it, and they came that day to complete the work. One of the stumps they had agreed to remove proved to be incredibly nasty, and they stuck with it despite it taking what I imagine was far longer than they had expected. And they didn't charge me a penny extra. There were also incredibly patient and flexible as I kept increasing how much of a large tree I wanted to have pruned. I could not be happier, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. In fact I just reached out to them for some additional work.
