- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always require deposits to confirm booking. I disclose price before being hired leaving no surprises on schedule day. I use high end and quality products to give my clients longevity and flawless look. My brides makeup and hairstyle will be more pricey as I take extra steps and special treatment to keep my brides in their comfort zone speaking through all steps as I get them ready. Showing them in between to find out if they are happy. I do have travel charge to commute to my clients which is not included in price however informed in each quote when I communicate with my client's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually communicate via text and if client prefer phone call I do call. I love to give call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did training here in washington for makeup application. I did special traing of makeup application for brides and hair styling from Canada. I love self teaching as well. Many hair style I do are self thought and my own creation.
