About
Finding a notary used to be hard. Making an appointment, driving all over town. Well, good thing those days are over! Virtual Notarization is here! It’s so easy to use, just upload your document, validate your I-D and connect to a notary, 24/7, from your smartphone, tablet or computer! Virtual notarization makes the process easier, and safer, than meeting in person! Fast, affordable, and legal! Start your Notarization Now - If you require further assistance, please text the number on the profile. Thank you! Virtual Notarization works like this: 1. You will set up a profile and upload your document(s) which need to be signed. Do not sign them first - we do this online together. 2. You will verify your identification. This can be done one of two ways: ID Quiz & Upload ID - 5 questions about you, that only you know! And then upload images of your valid government issued ID. ID Upload & Facial Recognition. From a smart phone, you upload images of your ID, and take a selfie. 3. Once verified we send you a link to join us in Zoom. 4. We will sign electronically using Adobe Acrobat Sign. 5. When finished, you can download the sealed and signed document(s) from your profile. Jasper Business Services is a licensed, bonded, and insured notary public, using Cyberize It, LLC a MISMO Certified Remote Online Notarization Platform.

Call or email with questions

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified as a Notary Signing Agent by the National Notary Association, bonded, and insured. My background in the mortgage and tech industries required advanced attention to detail.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I became a notary for my previous employer, but never used my commission. I was laid off in January 2023 as part of the tech industry layoffs. I decided to parlay my strengths into a business, one of my strongest abilities being communication and customer service.
