The contractor who winterized my system failed to return calls or emails as to why it wasn’t working. I messaged Joel and he came the next day. It was a simple fix. Joel charged more than I had hoped for BUT that was understandable since he drove from Bothell to Black Diamond, a 1-1/2 hour drive in traffic. Joel is very polite, knowledgeable and professional and I have already scheduled him to winterize my system thus fall and re-activate it next spring.

I had a problem with turning my sprinkler on. Joel was very responsive and came to my place in just 2 hrs and fixed everything without asking for extra charges. He was also very patient and teaching me what went wrong etc. highly recommended. Would use him again!
