Been having trouble with my sprinkler system and my DIY responses hadn't solved the issue. Joel came out early today and diagnosed the problem as mechanical (and not electrical). Rather than selling me a really expensive and complicated fix, he explained to me how I could make the repair myself and gave me some advice on where to find the parts. Exceptional professionalism on his part and I appreciate his integrity. Would recommend him just based on character alone.

My irrigation system had a broken seal after I failed to winterize it properly. I messaged Joel around 7am, he responded super promptly and came over later that morning. He took a look, gave a fair estimate, and made the repair in 30 minutes or so, then we tested everything together. He made some suggestions about opportunities to enhance our system but he was not pushy at all about upselling. I will use Joel again if our irrigation system needs any further repairs or improvement! Thanks Joel!

JB activated our sprinkler system from our winterization of last year. He double-checked all the areas and then showed us what was good and what was bad. Turns out we had a couple of broken lines and a few recommended/ optional fixes. Didn't push us on anything that was recommended/ optional. He gave us a clear plan and a transparent quote. We scheduled this year's winterization with him already. Great job!
