I can't say enough about my experience working with both Jorge and his son, Jorge Jr. This was my first time using Thumbtack, I had a railing I needed for my 94 year young mother who has mobility problems, this was a new build and they just left tall cement steps which was a safety hazard. I emailed Jorge, told him what I had envisioned, he immediately responded with the hour with pictures of options and came out the following day to install. He was fast, professional, clean....what he provided really makes this entry way look spectacular. My Mother cried when seeing it, easing her mind given the safety it provides and the stylish look. Wish I had more railings to put up, but that's all for me at this home. Can't say enough...thank you Jorge.
