- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge fees based on the time and value of our services to the clients. Our fees are based on the forms involved and the complexity of the return. Bring your last years tax return to us and let us ask you a few questions, and we can then give you an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After exchanging messages, we communicate via phone to schedule an initial in-person consultation to see if we are a good fit. We will ask you a few questions and ask that you bring necessary documents to the consultation.
