Introduction: I am a licensed Notary Public, Wedding Officiant, Photographer, and Process Server located in Washington State- As a Notary, I have notarized many types of documents, and have taken the TRID exam so that I can work with Notary Loan Signings such as Mortgage Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Property Purchases, Sales, and out of state paperwork for these types of transactions. I do many Notaries for Power of Attorney paperwork, Advance Health Care Directives, End of Life paperwork, Financial Directives, Last Will and Testaments, as well as foreign documents needing to go to other countries. I can assist with the instructions on how to get an Appostille in Washington State, going straight to the source instead of getting the run around by companies who overcharge for the whole process. I offer Electronic Notary Signings, am RON certified (Remote Online Notaries) and if you are short on time, I can take care of your Notary needs online! I charge $15 per signature requiring Notarization, 58c per mile traveled when mobile, and $5 per 10 miles radius traveled. Payment forms accepted are Cash, Cash app, Chime, google pay, Venmo, or Zelle. As a Wedding officiant, I have performed hundreds of ceremonies, and have many references who could vouch for my services. I lowered my price in King County, due to COVID-19 repercussions, offer Zoom services for any family or friends who can not physically attend your ceremony, can assist with Personalized Vow Samples, and offer photography for engagement pictures/your ceremony, for an additional fee. If you'd like to have an elopement, I can also assist with that process. I have a contract for my services, so that everything is set in stone and you don't have any unexpected surprises when it comes to your ceremony being made official. For my Process Serving duties, I have a contract for my services, and can assist with affidavits needed for court purposes, after the serve. I have my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, and am currently working on my Masters Degree for Business and Marketing. Hannah was professional and completed our notary need just fine. However, there was a mix up with the timing of when she arrived to perform the service. I had spoken with her earlier that day and she'd said she would be able to come later that evening after she completed another job. Then, when I called her to ask where she was (after waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled window of time for arrival), she admitted she forgot to put in our info into her appointments. She said it would be another 45 min. before she could be there. She did arrive 45 min. from that time after I insisted that we had to complete the notary that evening as it was one of the few nights my fiancée was home from work and could sign the form to be notarized. Plus, there was no mention on her website re: total fee to be charged. There was no indication that travel time would be included and that added another $30 to the estimate of $35 or so that I thought we would be paying. So, with this in mind, this is why the rating is only good.

Hannah is great to work with and she's efficient and very clear with her communication. This is the first time I had to do this and her experience at process serving put me at ease after being very nervous about how it would go. With COVID, our small claims case has taken over 18 months to go to pre-trial and one of the individuals served had sold their house and we were not positive where that person's new residence was and how Hannah would reach them but she found a way! She's extremely resourceful and I appreciated everything she did.

    I am thorough and I will get the job done, efficiently and reliably.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first steps I take is to get client's contact information as well as share mine so that they feel they can communicate on any platform that works well for them- We then establish a time and date that is most convenient for both parties- The next step is to figure what kind of documents are needed to complete the signing and what project on hand is needing completion- Lastly, I establish forms of payment that are doable and arrange to meet up.

    I have my Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, Bachelor Degree in Business, and am working on my Master's Degree in Business and Marketing. I am a WA Notary Public. I preform ceremonies as a Wedding Officiant and can assist with writing personalized vows- I have performed many weddings and can also assist with Officiant Services with incarcerated or terminally ill individuals. I have book-keeping experience, and am an Expert with Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and Business software commonly used~ I also have my Process Server license, a Courier Service Business, do transcribing and office work for individuals as a personal assistant, and am qualified to complete Notary Loan Signings for Mortgage Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, and Property Purchases.
