At Clear Zone, our pricing is completely customized based on the actual needs of your space. We consider your square feet, number of bathrooms, interior glass doors or windows if desired, and desired cleaning frequency. You only pay for what truly adds value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We schedule an in-person visit to your space to understand your cleaning needs and expectations. Personalized Proposal: Based on your space and priorities, we prepare a personalized plan and detailed quote. Administration: After approval, we define the best days/times for service, align communication and payment preferences. Follow-up and Adjustments: We stay in touch to ensure your satisfaction and make adjustments as your needs evolve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained using standard operating procedures inspired by the high standards of the aviation industry, including cleanliness, safety, and precision. We have in-depth knowledge of professional-grade cleaning products, allergen safety protocols, and post-construction and commercial sanitation techniques. Our leadership team is certified in sanitation training and integration for commercial environments.
