We had wonderful experience with LYD construction. They successfully completed installation of tile in our backyard that enhanced efficiency of our patio enclosure along with building retaining wall and fencing..we are very happy with results LYD proven to be a lprofessional grade construction firm. On task reliabile and reasonable pricing highly recommend.

Bothell. Kitchen, deck, interior flooring, painting.Outstanding experience with this company. They cared about our vision and were committed to quality work. Communication was excellent with texts first thing each day outlining what was scheduled and who to expect. Appreciated Lior's knowledgable help in picking out cabinets, tile, etc. Additionally someone was always available should we have questions. Their crew was professional and caring about the projects. Our backsplash was a challenging detailed tile and it was done expertly. I appreciate the quality literally daily. Amazed at the scheduling--there were no down days and the projects were completed in good time. We have worked with other contractors and this company spoiled us for any other. They truly take pride in their projects.

5-Star Review for LYD Construction I recently completed a home remodel with LYD Construction that included a full kitchen renovation, new built-in cabinets and shelving in my family room, a remodeled powder room, and a custom coffee bar in my formal dining room. In the kitchen, we added a large island, removed existing closets, and replaced them with beautifully designed pantries, replaced flooring, added lighting, added a microwave in the island, installed a non-standard hood, added tile backsplash... completely transforming the space.I had been working on my vision for a while and met with several contractors before choosing LYD. From my first meeting with their team, I knew they were the right fit. When I described what I envisioned, it felt like they were completely in sync with me. They took the lead with confidence and delivered exactly what I had imagined beautifully and efficiently.The entire project was completed in just four weeks. From collaborating with the cabinet and countertop designers to working with the office staff and Lior, everything went smoothly and communication was top-notch.Im thrilled with how it all turned out and highly recommend LYD Construction to anyone looking for a team that listens, communicates clearly, and brings your vision to life with precision and care.

Lyd did a great job on my patio. It looks even better than I imagined. They even fixed the retaining wall by my back door as it began to sag.

We hired LYD for an outdoor project that included installation of retaining wall., fencing .replaced lawn with hardware tiling 100% LYD came thru.. very good communication for the duration of the project. Also installed a garden /garbage seeds very nice.. Highly recommend this company great. Don/Bea west Seattle
