- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair pricing for general contracting. There may or may not be discounts, depending on the project. Certainly, there will not be unexpected charges out of the blue. Typically any add-ons the price will be reviewed will be charged hourly rate on top of whats already agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will contact us through email or phone. We can schedule a time to meet in person. Greeting the customer with a handshake and a brief introduction, then we will look at the projects that need to get done. We take our time to answer questions and listen to what the customer needs. We type up a bid and send it. If the bid is accepted then we schedule for when to start.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years of experience in the electrical field, there was a point where things began to shift. Instead of working for the man, I wanted to be my own boss. I quickly realized that I could pick up jobs and get things done when I had full ownership.
