We had a great experience with Hesam. He did an awesome job of remodeling our bathroom. Hesam and his crew were extremely accommodating, sincere, and respectful throughout the entire project. They were very flexible with plan modifications and handled small changes without any hassle. They also went above and beyond by helping us pick up materials and even returning unused items to the store for a refund, which we really appreciated. The crew was consistently polite, professional, and respectful in our home. Their attention to detail and overall craftsmanship truly stood out. We are very satisfied with the final result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality bathroom work.

Hesam and his team at FixBae Construction LLC were fantastic to work with. He helped us with several projects—installing fittings for a generator, fixing lights, and assisting with some piping—and handled everything with skill and professionalism. He was also very flexible with pricing, which we really appreciated. We later hired him to finish our garage with sheet rock, and the quality of the work was excellent at a very reasonable price. Reliable, honest, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be hiring him again.

I needed to rebuild my ADU's bathroom (it was already demoed, but I wanted to reuse the existing toilet and vanity) and install new flooring in the adjoining bedroom where I had already removed the carpet. I hired FixBae LLC, and Hesam and his team delivered high-quality work at a reasonable cost, all with a no-fuss, no-BS approach. I was also very impressed with their speed. Before finding FixBae LLC, the few companies I talked to weren't what I was looking for. They were either: 1. Franchise-type operations with strict policies, like only using materials they purchase themselves, and they came with a crazy high price tag (which meant I'd still need another handyman to install the fixtures I wanted to reuse). 2. Companies that sent a salesperson who didn't know much about the actual work and just relied on pushy sales tactics to try and get me to sign a contract. When I found FixBae LLC and met Hesam, it was a completely different (and much better) experience.. He came over, was completely straightforward, answered all my questions, and gave me a quote that felt much more reasonable than the others, with absolutely no pressure. Once I decided to hire them, they were able to start the very next day. Hesam was great when it came to materials; he helped me pick out practical tiles and laminate flooring at Floor & Decor. His crew was on time every day, and they finished the entire job – bathroom and bedroom floor – in less than a week. As a really nice touch, Hesam even took back the extra, unused materials for a refund. If you're in the Seattle area and want a contractor who's focused on getting the job done right without an elaborate sales pitch, I'd definitely recommend Hesam and FixBae. I'm really happy with their work and the whole no-fuss experience.
